Hello, my name is Koyt. Are you struggling with symptoms of anxiety or depression due to stress or trauma? It has been my experience that by understanding where present feelings and emotions are coming from, you can modify behaviors and find meaning. I have been helping others uncover the underlining issues that have progressively caused problems in their lives over the past 14 years. Identifying where the problems are coming from is the platform to move forward and focus on the present moment. I am dedicated to working with others find their way in balancing life’s experiences. I have over 14 years of professional counseling experience and have been fortunate to work, teach, and volunteer in many diverse factions complementary to that role since 1996. I have a master's degree in Counseling and Human Development and have been practicing as a licensed therapist working with those dealing with a wide range of co-occurring mental health issues in both virtual and in person sessions.
