I have been in practice for 12 years in Texas. My passion is to help individuals reach their goals in therapy and mental health using evidence-based therapy and feedback to find the best solution for each client. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, active duty military service members, hospice, and with incarcerated individuals. My goal is to be your guide in finding your voice, reaching your goals, and empowering you to take the next steps in your life. My focus is solution-focused, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed therapy.
