Hello and welcome, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I received my Masters in Psychology, and my Bachelors in Psychology and Bachelors in Anthropology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. I have been providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy since 2014. I provide a client centered therapeutic approach utilizing dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and attachment theory, and existentialism. I have a background and training in working with child abuse, trauma, sexual assault crisis counseling, domestic violence, parenting/ co-parenting, autism spectrum disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, and substance use prevention and treatment. I have training and experience in the Nurturing Parenting Program and Incredible Years Parenting Program to assist parents in strengthening and developing their parental resiliency and knowledge.

I will collaborate with you to help you identify your goals and strengths so we can begin focusing on your well-being and what you would like to achieve in therapy. I strive to provide a safe space where you can express your feelings, thoughts, and, dreams while being heard with unconditional positive regard.
