About
Welcome, thank you for stopping by . It takes a lot of courage and strength to explore something more for our life than what we know in this moment but I believe we can become stronger by our choices and what we do one day at a time . I believe connection with others happens when people feel seen, heard, and valued. I have witnessed that through the building of coping skills in a safe and supportive environment, we can live according to one's goal, values and build a life worth living. As Brene Brown puts it '“ Our job is not to deny the story, but to defy the ending—to rise strong, recognize our story, and rumble with the truth until we get to a place where we think, Yes. This is what happened. And I will choose how the story ends.”
