Hello! My name is Kimery. Do you ever feel pulled in a million directions? Struggle with daily tasks bc you lack the energy to care? Are you having a tough time just being kind to yourself? I want to help! I want to help you navigate and manage the hard stuff life throws at you and even the regular stuff that feels difficult to overcome and process. We will use a whole self approach by looking at your mindy, body, and spirit. I integrate mindfulness and talk therapy modalities to help you build a stronger relationship with yourself and those you are in relationship with. I know it can feel scary to start therapy, but you are making a great choice for yourself, and showing up is half the battle!
