I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in the helping profession for over 22 years. The journey has been both personally and professionally rewarding!
My professional experiences in both the public and private sectors have equipped me with a unique set of clinical skills and expertise to aid others in developing life-long self-care.

I operate from a Strength Based and Solution Focused approach in an effort to help clients meet the goals they set for themselves. I also incorporate a person-centered, multicultural, and integrative approach . This means I meet you where you are and not where others expect you to be, assist with identifying your needs while being sensitive to how your individual cultural identities and life experiences impact your choices.

While I am a seasoned professional, I try not to take myself too seriously; hence, my approach to therapy. It is my personal and professional belief, that we only change and grow when we actually make a conscious effort to do so.It requires time and commitment, but the reward is everlasting!
