Living in a variety of areas throughout the country from the East to the West Coast. Allowed me to have life experiences combined with education that cultivates a safe and brave environment that is richly diverse and culturally competent. Anxiety, depression, addiction, hang-ups or habits can all be managed or eliminated with healthy coping skills, education and varying tools.
