You are in the action stage by seeking wellness and self-care! Working towards resolution and healing through therapeutic intervention is an empowering step towards facilitating your own success! To move from where you are now, into a future you have designed for yourself and would rather have, I will work with you to identify old beliefs and characteristics no longer serving you, identify and help you to utilize your personal strengths, provide education, and assist you to improve your problem solving and coping skills. Therapy is the perfect platform for you to identify your goals in a supportive, safe, non-judgmental space. I am most recognized for providing counseling and coaching for PTSD, trauma, substance abuse/use, sexual offenses, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, co-dependency, life coaching, and many other areas. Utilizing CBT (standard talk therapy), EMDR, DBT, 12 step work, and other neuropsychological and cognitive strategies I will assist you in your journey of making meaningful life changes.
