I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Addictions Professional. I provide therapy to those struggling with a variety of mental health issues, and will help you acquire skills necessary in coping with life's challenges.
I have extensive experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse/addiction, grief and loss, sexual abuse and trauma, adjustment disorders, anger management, and couples/relationship issues. I have been practicing for 20 years, and have worked in numerous mental health settings throughout the years.
