Choosing the right therapist to work through your most intimate and important struggles can be tricky, so I’ll share my expertise and approaches to give you a better sense of whether or not we will be a match.

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland, with 10 years of experience working with people from diverse backgrounds on an array of issues. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I approach all my clinical work through a trauma-informed, solution-focused, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. I have experience working through issues like anxiety, depression, interpersonal violence, addiction and recovery, attachment and family of origin problems, grief and bereavement, attention and impulsivity problems, social and relationship problems, life stage transitions, and overcoming the negative sense of self and view of the world that can plague us all and keep us from achieving our goals. I want to meet you where you are, build on your strengths and overcome your challenges together as a team. I value continuous learning and strive to always implement the most effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that will meet my client’s individual, unique needs and circumstances.
