Hi there, I'm Kimberly! I am a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about assisting all of my client through any road blocks they experiences through out their live. I am enthusiastic about supporting them in achieving the best quality of life that they desire. My approach My approach is client center. I will meet you with warmth, understanding, empathy, open mindedness and respect. I believe that treatment is a collective effort to assist my clients in addressing and achieving the goals that they feel are most important. My focus I have worked with clients who suffered from a plethora for disorders. I am most comfortable with treating Anxiety, Depression, Attachment disorder and Bipolar disorder. My communication style I create an environment of comfort. When working with me if feels like we are just having a conversation. My journey to mental healthcare Therapy chose me! I found out at the age of 12 that I enjoyed helping people work through their problems. I have always been empathic and compassionate towards others. I knew at a very young age if I could help just one person avoid the struggles I encounter, then I have done my job. My goals for you Goals setting is an important peace in treatment, but I allow my clients to choose the goals they feel are priority. My client is the caption of the ship and I want all of my clients to be in control of their treatment and their progression. My first session with you In our first session clients should expect that we work to establish rapport and develop an understanding of what their expectations are for treatment.
