Through a variety of therapeutic modalities, individualized to meet your needs, I can help you transform thought patterns that may be leading to anxiety or depression, low self-esteem, or maladaptive behaviors and create personal transformation. I have over 20 years of experience helping youth and adults with a variety of concerns including adjusting to life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, finding a work/life balance, and parents looking to build stronger relationships with their children. I love building relationships with people; therefore through a strength-based and collaborative approach, we will work together to identify tools that will help improve your ability to communicate with others, strengthen relationships, and build skills.
