I have experience in community mental health, which deals with a variety of mental health issues. I use a variety of approaches, all of which treat the client as the expert in their own lives and I am there to assist and process life's events. I offer biofeedback/mindfulness approaches as well as ACT, CBT and CPT. I'm also a Level I Gottman couple's counselor.
