I am a licensed therapist and have been an active counselor for 12 years. I received my degree from the University of Oklahoma's School of Social Work, where I graduated from the Advanced Standing Program. I have great experience working with all ages and people groups. I enjoy my role as supporter and I provide encouragement to each of my clients from a Strength's-Based Perspective. I offer Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Approach. I have worked in community mental health, the clinical setting as well as as school-based therapy for the bulk of my time in the field. Please contact me if you believe I can be of assistance to you.
