I am here to help you no matter what you are going through! Therapy is such an important and empowering decision to make. I have been a mental health counselor since 2007 and specialize in a variety of therapies including trauma, grief counseling, anxiety disorders and depression, just to name a few. I have worked with all ages including adolescents. I've worked in private practice as well as non-profit. Most importantly, I use an eclectic approach because I know that everyone is different and no problem is the same as any other. I have the greatest respect for all people and believe that people are inherently good. My goal is to help you to figure out how to live your best life! I know how much courage it takes to talk with a complete stranger about the most intimate details of your life, and I take that very seriously. This is a safe place and I truly am here to help.

My main duties as your therapist include conducting intake evaluations, assuming the responsibility as your therapist, providing appropriate modalities of therapy that are specific to your needs, and creating a safe and productive environment for you to accomplish your therapeutic goals.
