About

I am currently a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and an Advanced Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ACADC) in the State of Idaho. I have had the opportunity to work in many settings in the behavioral health profession. I have experience working in the community, private practice, schools, residential settings, courtrooms and Armed Force settings. I have experience working with clients individually, as a group, as a couple and as a family. I have worked with Clients who are questioning and/or struggling with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, substance abuse, trauma, chronic pain, stress, life transitions, sexual orientation, relationship problems, anger, self-doubt, loss, and/or feeling different and out of place.

My therapy style is warm, interactive and solution focused. Therapy is an investment in your overall health and is a team approach. My approach is to tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
