Hello and congratulations on taking this step! I am a licensed clinical social worker, LCSW, and have been working with children, families, and individuals as a social worker and therapist for over 30 years. I have worked in many different settings, offering assistance to those with issues including, anxiety, stress related issues, depression, trauma, parenting, goal setting, career challenges, and many more.

My counseling style is casual, empathetic, nonjudgemental, warm and in a way that joins with you on your path. You are not alone. My passion as a therapist is joining and working with my clients towards developing a healthier sense of self and meaning in life. I typically do not use therapeutic jargon, but prefer the down to earth conversations, while providing a professional and practical approach to meet your needs. The techniques used are holistic, personalized, eclectic and are comprised of narrative, cognitive behavioral, solution focused , mindfulness, motivational interviewing and supportive therapy. Together we will assess your needs, develop goals, and come up with an plan to move forward. You are the expert in your life and I hope we can walk together on your journey.
