I work with teens and young adults who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, academic stress, social difficulties, or family issues. I work to provide a safe and supportive environment where they can express themselves, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. My client's goals may include improving self-esteem, managing emotions, building positive relationships, and achieving academic success.
