Hi there, I’m Kimberly. Do you ever feel that you have so much going on in your mind, it’s hard to even get started? Are you in a transition, and are having difficulty making decisions or figuring out what needs to happen next? Making an appointment with a therapist is a courageous first step in your journey of healing and wellbeing. I empower high functioning young adults to overcome the burden of anxiety. Whatever you share with me is met with unconditional compassion and without judgement. My work focuses on having you identify the current ways that you talk to yourself, and find ways to incorporate fun and joy into spaces that feel stifling or over pressured.
