Hi, there! I'm Kim. Do you find yourself in a tunnel where the light at the end has been turned off? Are you struggling most days to even feel "normal"? I know it takes courage to reach out and ask for help. I love working with clients to find strategies and solutions to improve daily functioning. My experiences in the last 17 years have helped me develop incredible insights such as allowing my clients to find what works best for them. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) mostly in my sessions with other techniques that may prove useful with my clients.
