Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I mainly work with individuals from an integrative client-centered approach, combining my focus on the client as a unique person and helping build new behavioral and mindfulness skills. I often use CBT, DBT informed, Humanistic/client centered approaches to support clients. I like to meet clients where they are at, improve functioning and help relationship growth with self and others. In addition to my training in relationships and helping with areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustments in life, I have specialized training. Sometimes I assist clients using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and to manage OCD with Mindfulness and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I find EMDR therapy to be powerful for some individuals, helping address trauma and adverse life experiences.
