I believe in my clients to have the ability to make changes and live the life they want. I do not have set expectations but work with each person individually. I think of our relationship as a partnership and I am here to help you identify goals and the areas of your life you want to work on. I believe in the balance of understanding that life can happen and yet what are you going to choose to do? That choice and power and how you respond still lies within you.
