My name is Kimberly Hart, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I strongly believe in making mental wellness a priority for all. I always tell my clients, “It’s not selfish to be self-FULL” and at A self-FULL Hart, LLC My mission is to change the negative connotation of the word “selfish” and provide a perspective of being self-FULL through self-awareness practices. I have worked in many settings including schools, community agencies, behavioral health and churches. I specialize in relational conflict, life transitions, self-esteem, setting boundaries, problem solving, and cognitive restructuring.
