I believe in using the therapy relationship as a pathway toward developing greater connection in other relationships. I enjoy helping clients to clear away the mental and emotional clutter and identify values, dreams and talents in order to embrace a more engaged, meaningful life.

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts and have worked with adults for over 15 years in multiple settings to navigate a variety of life challenges and mental health symptoms. I utilize a strengths-based approach to help clients understand and normalize their thoughts and feelings in order to move toward more self-compassion and acceptance.
