I am a licensed clinical social worker with a bachelors in psychology specializing in mental health. I have over 10 years experience working with individuals, couples, and families in various social service settings. I have worked with a variety of issues including: stress and anxiety, depression, pregnancy and post-partum issues, relationship struggles, and family conflict. I have also coached and supported individuals through life transitions and grief and loss.

My therapy style is genuine and welcoming. I want to provide a safe space where clients can build a trusting relationship and share freely and openly about their struggles. Respect, acceptance, and non-judgmental interaction is of utmost importance to me in our sessions. I prefer to combine a few different approaches to therapy, depending on the individual needs and unique situation of the client. Client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and motivational interviewing are all approaches that I most often use. As I get to know you better and we discuss your specific struggles, we will decide together what works best.
