Hi. I’m Dr. Kimberly. My philosophy of life is Live, Love, and Yoga. I am a licensed professional counselor, a licensed marriage and family therapist, and an International Certified Yoga Therapist. I obtained my Ph.D. in Health Psychology from Walden University, where I studied somatic issues. I have been a licensed professional counselor since 2000, with experience treating adults in both group and individual settings, utilizing various techniques and therapies. My areas of special interest include mood disorders, anxiety, chronic pain, and eating disorders.
