Hi, my name is Kim Foskett and I’m known for being a down to earth, compassionate and skilled therapist with over 25 years of experience helping people discover and live more fulfilling lives. Past trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and overall life hurdles can often lead you to feeling stuck in a rut of negative thoughts and beliefs about yourself, excessive worry and fears, debilitating fatigue and hopelessness. By using scientifically proven, evidence-based approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), we will get at the roots of your struggles while learning new, practical ways to improve day to day life.
