Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor in Arizona and Colorado. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Education in School Counseling. I am certified as a Professional Counselor with the National Board for Certified Counselors and have over 10 years of experience as a counselor with experience in diverse settings.
My professional background includes Community Mental Health, School Based Counseling and Trauma Informed Care. I have experience treating individuals of all ages with anxiety, depression, Trauma, ADHD, grief, stress, low self- esteem, etc. I believe everyone is unique and has their own challenges and strengths. Deciding to seek counseling is often a difficult step in one’s life and I offer a safe, supportive environment for clients to explore past experiences, identify and develop their strengths and self-awareness. I offer a flexible treatment approach tailored to each client and in addition to other approaches, I often utilize CBT, TF-CBT, DBT and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
I offer some non traditional hours (after 4PM) to accommodate work schedules.
