I am a professional licensed counselor therapist licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Ohio with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and guiding others through life decisions. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

My therapy style is humanistic. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and focusing on the "here and now" to create mindfulness. I promote health and wellness, using proven methods such as Cognitive Behavior Techniques, Behavior Activation tools, cognitive processing and mindfulness to improve emotional regulation. Our goal - maintain good mental health!
