Hi. I’m Kim Wililams. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas providing virtual psychotherapy to adults and couples. More specifically, I help those who are ready to overcome challenges standing in their way of living happier and more fulfilling lives. I realize that starting therapy can be a bit intimidating, but it can also be tremendously rewarding. Whatever you’re going through at the moment, you don’t have to face it alone. I am trained and experienced in various modalities and tend to take an eclectic approach in therapy. That simply means that I will use techniques from multiple evidence- based orientations, as appropriate, to address your unique needs. As a personal practitioner of yoga and a trained instructor, I also enjoy integrating elements of yoga and meditation to promote holistic well-being.
