The life we live can be the life we choose when we have the space to heal from trauma, emotional upsets, relationship pain, negative self-talk, and narratives and when we have the resources to address our innermost selves with compassion and understanding. My work with clients of all ages, sexualities, genders, and cultures has shown me over and over the use of modalities that support individual exploration, through storytelling, challenging core beliefs, utilizing emotional freedom techniques, movement, and compassion for people embrace living the life they choose. Neuroscience, neurolinguistics, and the brain and trauma are sciences I pull from and incorporate into all modalities. Relationships heal, individuals heal, hearts heal and spirits heal. I am blessed to be given the opportunity to be alongside many in their journey; witnessing, cheering, celebrating, and sometimes sitting in pain. It is my privilege to be a part of these magnificent journeys.
