I am Kim James and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Oklahoma. I have worked in the Mental Health field for 29 years and licensed for 19 years. I have worked in a variety of setting including Private Practice, Outpatient Services, School based, Home based and I was the Coordinator for Behavioral Health with a Community Health Center.
My counseling style is person centered and the goal is to empower others to reach their full potential. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused counseling in a positive, and optimistic atmosphere. We all will encounter challenges through out our lives, I desire to assist in providing a treatment plan designed to meet your unique and specific needs
