About

I have been a clinical mental health therapist and behavior analyst for children and adults. I have treated and helped people with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, problems with motivation and other life issues unique to each person. I have worked in schools, outpatient practices and homes. My experience has led to to form a unique and diverse system for identifying and assessing challenging behavior patterns. I value the human experience and understand that just because a problem is identified, change is not automatic. Understanding the patterns that maintain behavior and thinking patterns can take asking the right questions and exploring unique alternatives to those patterns.
