About

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over six years of experience serving individuals and families facing complex trauma, poverty, homelessness, substance use, domestic violence, relationship problems, and other significant stressors. I currently provide individual therapy to clients experiencing depressive disorders, anxiety, PTSD, agoraphobia, borderline personality disorder, and other diagnoses.

My utmost priority in providing therapy is to convey empathy and connection, while making sure clients feel heard, seen, and safe. I’m friendly, understanding, and non-judgmental, but also willing to provide accountability and honesty for clients who find this beneficial in therapy. I use a combination of psychodynamic, CBT, humanistic, and person-centered therapies and will adjust my approach based on your individualized goals and needs.

Deciding to seek therapy can sometimes feel vulnerable and unfamiliar. As your therapist, I will ensure that you feel comfortable and valued as you take steps toward positive change and explore the therapeutic process.
