Hey there,
I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of New Jersey with over 5 years experience working with various populations. I have worked in acute, chronic psychiatric mental health facilities, substance use, in home therapy with families and eating disorder treatment facility. I have worked with various clients on managing depression, anxiety, relational issues, parenting issues and abuse to name a few.

My counseling approach is very much relational and warm but direct in communication style. I believe that we all have concerns and should not be judged, therefore treat all my clients with compassion and general human regard. Just because I am a professional does not mean I am above you or "know it all" we will work together!
