Deciding to start therapy and finding the perfect therapist for you can be very difficult. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and my role as a therapist is to provide a safe and nurturing space for that transformation to unfold. My goal is to empower you to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life, one that aligns with your values and aspirations. I have experience with a wide range of concerns and specialize in depression, stress/anxiety, perinatal wellness, women's issues, relationship issues, caregiver fatigue, and life changes.

I utilize several different techniques and modalities to give my clients the best client-centered therapy specific to their needs and concerns. I believe in creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement.
