My philosophy is that everyone knows what to do in their lives. You are the expert of your own story and I am simply given the privilege to join you through that journey. With my expertise, I can shed light on the answers buried within that can make the changes you hope to see. The therapeutic relationship is so crucial in my opinion and that is why the initial session is tailored specifically to getting to know one another in efforts to build bonds that can be helpful towards reaching your goals.

From there, there is consistent collaboration throughout treatment to make sure your needs are met on your terms. As a sole telehealth provider, I can provide a safe and unbiased virtual space for venting, processing, and growth in any physical space that comforts you.

Through CBT and other evidence-based techniques, I assist clients in reclaiming their peace and find balance amongst the perceived good, bad, and everything in between that one goes through.
