I believe that people do therapy to find freedom in different areas of their lives. For that reason, I work to not only actively listen to client's needs, but also to empower and support them in processing the various barriers they've experienced to impede living in that place of freedom. I offer comfortable and confidential telehealth sessions that to help support your needs. I specialize in working through anxiety, growing in self-esteem, and processing various experiences of trauma. As a Christian, I believe in the gift of freedom. As a clinician, I know the work that is sometimes required in order to truly walk in that space. Mental health work is one of the most important journeys you will ever commit to.
