Seeking help through a difficult time is the first step to healing. My goal is to provide a supportive environment that will allow clients to develop and explore the changes they desire, while celebrating your successes along the way. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I strive to offer a variety of interventions best matched to fit my client’s individual needs. My work is centered around increasing self-awareness through promoting self-empowerment and acceptance, while working to increase overall happiness.
