About

I am a clinical counselor with over 20 years of experience working as a crisis counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, women issues, spirituality, OCD and ADHD. I have also had the opportunity to work with individuals that have trauma and abuse history.

I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect. My approach combines a variety of counseling approaches to best suite your individual need. I have 20+ years with working with couples, families and individuals.
