One of my favorite life mantras is a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt: "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent". Thus, I enjoy helping others embrace their power. One of the most impactful ways to do that is a change in the thought process. It has such a significant effect on the way we react and the type of emotions we feel. I'll walk on the journey with you, offering a safe environment that encourages exploration and growth. My passion is rooted in working with youth and adults who may find themselves faced with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, and trauma. Although my primary way of helping others address these issues is through a cognitive and behavioral approach, I believe integrating techniques catered to the individual is essential for change. Additionally, I believe our mental health is interconnected with our physical and spiritual well-being. Therefore, my focus is to help others align those elements for improved overall health.
