I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio with over 3 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults with a broad range of concerns including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, family distresses, attention and focus difficulties, and crisis intervention.

The therapeutic approaches that I find most effective include, but are not limited to, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. My counseling style allows me to be empathetic, attentive, and insightful while engaging clients to be reflective. I typically do not offer advice but instead will walk with clients and empower them to draw conclusions and make decisions based on what they feel is right on their journey.
