I enjoy working with adults to address concerns related to depression, traumatic experiences, self-esteem, and body image. My therapeutic approach aims to empower marginalized folks to embrace their identities and process trauma.
I received my Master of Social Work degree at Howard University in 2018. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and provide services in Ohio and North Carolina. I utilize CBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing when working with clients . I support all clients by being person-centered and trauma-informed.
