At the basis of my practice is holding all my clients with an open, accepting, and non-biased emotional stance. I specialize in using Acceptance and Commitment therapy as a framework for defusing from the negative chatter of our minds in the service of moving in the direction of valued living.
I was born a therapist at heart and after several pivotal personal and professional growth years; I became ready to pursue a career as a licensed clinician. Armed with the developmental wisdom of my past, decades as a meditation practitioner and solid training in empirically based therapy treatments. I offer compassion and care grounded in science.
