Kevin is a licensed marriage and family therapist possessing a masters degree from Appalachian State University. With over 8 years of experience, Kevin has helped hundreds of individuals become more attuned to their feelings and attain success in their life. Kevin's approach therapeutically is aligned with CBT and DBT, really believing that thoughts dictate our feelings and our realities. Furthermore, Kevin uses solution-focused therapy and positive psychology to focus on growth mindset, internal locus of control, and hermeneutics to heal.
