I am a Limited Licensed Counselor, and I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Central Michigan University. I have experience providing counseling services to adolescents and adults with struggles related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. As a person-centered and solution-focused counselor, we will work together to identify pathways to the life you want to live. Using a strength-based perspective, we can find what works best for you. I believe the greatest privilege as a counselor is learning about the strengths that keep people afloat despite an endless sea of challenges.
