Are you struggling with an unexpected life event or difficult transition? Is that preventing you from reaching your own goals? I can help. Counseling is not an easy path, but neither is staying stuck in distress or unhealthy patterns. I’m a licensed mental health therapist with plenty of experience working with individuals, families, and couples that have grappled with hard transitions. I work with my clients to provide a safe, comfortable environment for them to explore their options authentically. I help clients expand their strengths into other dimensions of life while working towards client identified goals and objectives.

I focus on working with individuals struggling with difficult transitions, family conflict, and LGBT+ issues. However, I have plenty of experience working with people that are dealing with anxiety, depression, communication breakdowns, and other emotional challenges. I'm also a licensed tele-mental health provider for the state of Arkansas.
