When people experience trauma or life stressors, it is not uncommon for them to feel that their lives are unraveling. My desire is to bring healing to people who are experiencing traumatic/stressful situations. I help my clients, who include children, adults, and families find healthy insights into themselves so they can strengthen their relationships, so they can realize they are peaceful, complete, whole, and safe. I know there is not a “one size fits all therapy,” for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of modalities that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Glasser’s Reality Therapy, and Play Therapy approaches for the treatment of trauma and stressful situations. Once progression has been made during therapy, I allow the client to direct the therapy sessions, under my guidance and supervision. My educational background includes a BS in Psychology from Arizona State University, a MA in Psychology from Ottawa University, and a Doctorate in Psychology from Columbia State University.
