As a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and a former law enforcement officer, I understand the complexities of navigating challenging situations. Holding a Master’s degree in Physical Education from Bridgewater State University and a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University, I’ve honed my skills in both the physical, spiritual and mental aspects of wellness. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, specializing in PTSD and trauma, my commitment is to provide comprehensive support. My unique blend of military, law enforcement, and clinical experience allows me to approach therapy with a nuanced perspective.
