I’ve been a therapist since 95’ in various capacities with different ages and positions. Also, had my own agency in which I specialize in individual and couples counseling. My approach is client centered. Utilizing reality based strategies. Promoting, empowering and strengthening people to be able to focus and achieve their life’s pursuits. This is accomplished with connectedness, exploration, and maintaining focus. My style is to disarm with support, empathy and direction. I also, utilize CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy. Finding out where a client is to assist them to get to where they want to be. Let’s chat!
